This one-day course is perfect for those who have never tried freediving before and would like to discover this amazing sport. There is no pressure to reach any specific requirements to pass the course. If you enjoy it and would like to continue, you can progress to AIDA 2 on the same day.

Who can join the course?

Anyone that can swim at least 100m non-stop. You need to be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent).

What equipment is needed?

We provide all necessary freediving equipment: Buoy, line, wetsuit, weight belt, fins, mask and snorkel.

What is included in this course?

We include Student accident insurance for the duration of the course and AIDA 1 certification.

What certification is used?

We work with the International Association for the Developement of Apnea (AIDA)
